Oasis Aqualounge is a water-themed private members' spa and lounge for adults 19+, set in a beautifully restored 19th-century Toronto mansion. Unwind in the hot tub, get sweaty in the sauna, and take a dip in our year-round outdoor heated pool — day or night.

Meet the Owners

Four partners who live the lifestyle and lead the house.

Nancy

Co-Owner

Nancy visited Oasis with her husband the night we opened in 2010. They became regulars, fell in love with the business, and she became a partner in 2017.

After 14 years in the automotive industry she returned to school for her bookkeeping certification — and as luck would have it, Oasis needed exactly that. In the lifestyle since her twenties, joining the team was the perfect fit. She also enjoys her hobby farm, antiquing and travelling.

Fatima Mechtab (Miss F)

Co-Owner

Fatima began with Oasis in November 2012 and has been here ever since. Before the pandemic she led all marketing and event coordination for the club.

An Event Producer and Host, she also writes the site's blogs, articles and pages. A partner since 2018, she works with the ownership team on exciting features, sexy event themes and value-added information that keeps guests engaged, inspired and informed. Judy Kaye

Co-Owner

A founding partner who helped grow Oasis into Toronto's fastest-growing consumer services business of 2018 and one of Canada's fastest-growing companies in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2024 (Maclean's Growth 500 & Globe and Mail lists).

She holds an MBA, is a mother of three, an amateur pole dancer and occasional fitness competitor. She and her husband travel the world's clubs gathering ideas to keep Oasis a leader in unique, sexy programming. The pool was what most attracted Judy to this heritage property — the perfect home for Oasis.

Geena

Co-Owner / General Manager

Geena loves spreading the word about what Oasis has to offer, and serves as General Manager as well as HR and Payroll Coordinator for the club.

Born and raised in Toronto, where she lives with her husband and two children. A self-described geek, she spent over 20 years in the corporate world before transitioning to Oasis in 2016. geena@oasisaqualounge.com

Before You Arrive

House Rules & Etiquette

Oasis runs on one simple foundation: enthusiastic consent and mutual respect. These guidelines keep every guest safe, comfortable and free to enjoy the night on their own terms. Read the house rules that apply to everyone, then the guidelines for your group.

01Consent is everything

Only "yes" means yes — freely given, every time. "No", silence or hesitation ends it instantly. Never assume; always ask.

02No means no — the first time

A single, clear "no" is final. Persisting, pressuring or following after a no results in immediate removal without refund.

03Absolute privacy

No phones, cameras or recording anywhere on premises. What happens at Oasis stays at Oasis — never share who you saw.

04Watch, don't touch

You're welcome to observe, but never touch anyone — or join any encounter — without a clear, spoken invitation.

05Stay clear-headed

Enjoy the bar responsibly. Guests who are overly intoxicated will be refused entry or asked to leave for everyone's safety.

06Health & hygiene

Shower before the waters, protection is provided throughout, and clean towel etiquette is expected on every floor.

07Staff have the final say

Our hosts are here for you. Feel uneasy? Tell any staff member — discreetly if you prefer. Their decisions are final.

Everyone must be 19 or older with government photo ID at the door, every visit, no exceptions.

09Dress code & lockers

Arrive dressed to impress; robes and towels are provided inside. Secure lockers are available for your belongings.

Admission & Day Membership

A private members' club — with no wait to join. On a regular visit you simply pay your day membership at the door; it covers your entry and your membership for that day. Open 1 PM–3 AM, no new admissions after 2 AM. Bring 19+ photo ID every visit — scanned at the door, never sold or shared.

Couples

Welcome every day

Oasis was built for couples to explore together, at whatever pace suits you both — from simply soaking in the pool to full participation.

    Move at your own pace. Watching, mingling or joining in are all equally welcome. There is never any expectation to participate — you can just lounge by the pool.
  • ◆
    Invitations come from both partners. A third only joins when both of you clearly welcome it — and either partner can end things at any moment.
  • ◆
    Respect other couples' boundaries. Approach with a smile and words, never with hands. A polite "no thank you" is always the end of it.
  • ◆
    Want privacy? Current Private Playroom use is complimentary for one hour, subject to availability, and arranged through the front desk. Digital booking is a Professional modernization concept.

Women & Trans Folks

Women and trans guests are the heart of Oasis, enjoy our lowest admission, and are always in control of their own night.

    You are in charge — always. You decide who, when and whether. "No" or simply walking away is a complete answer that needs no explanation.

    Come on your own, anytime. You're welcome to visit solo — enjoy the pool, the bars and the atmosphere with zero pressure to engage with anyone.

    Sapphic Aquatica. Once a month (the fourth Monday), we host a night for women and trans people only — men are not permitted.
  • ◆
    Help is always at hand. A quiet word to any staff member — or the app's discreet alert — brings a host to you immediately.

Solo Males

Select days & by conduct

Single men are welcome on select days and held to the highest standard of conduct. Respect and patience are the price of admission — and they're rewarded.

    Select days only. Solo male admission is offered Sunday–Thursday (not Fridays or Saturdays) to keep a comfortable balance — check the calendar or call ahead.
  • ◆
    Check third-floor access. Outside Tuesdays, solo men need an invitation from a woman to enter the third-floor playrooms. Follow posted notices and staff guidance. Read the complete Solo Men guide.

    Invitation first, always. Never touch, join or follow anyone without a clear spoken invitation. Approach with conversation, not contact.
  • ◆
    Accept "no" gracefully — instantly. A single no ends it. Grace and patience are noticed and welcomed; persistence means removal.

    Be a guest worth inviting. Respectful conduct keeps you welcome back and earns you a place in the community.
